Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
“Welcome to East Hills Public School, where our commitment to the values of Our Plan for NSW Public Education guides everything we do. At EHPS, we strive to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters respect, excellence, and engagement for all students.
As a Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) school, we prioritise creating a safe and respectful culture, encouraging positive behaviours that support successful learning and wellbeing.
Our ongoing focus areas include explicit teaching and improving student attendance, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive academically and socially.
Our dedicated teachers are actively engaged in the EHPS Teacher Learning Inquiry Cycles, a professional learning initiative that promotes continuous improvement and collaborative practice. This commitment to ongoing learning helps us to deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the best educational practices.
We look forward to working together with our community to achieve the best outcomes for our students.
